Ally Pally

22 Mar

Last weekend saw us out with Eskmuir at Ally Pally courtesy of the MRC and Warners. Always an enjoyable show, this year was no exception. There were slot of very good layouts on show and a decent trade selection, far better on both counts than the Warners show at Doncaster.

The entertaining Peak Quarry

The simple but highly effective Hartburn. I love the dilapidated sidings and worn out feel of the whole line.

Finally, the perk of the show, a trip to the bright lights of London Village on Saturday evening and the Blackfriars pub for some medicinal holy water. A very sociable night was had by all.
